+2…+5°C cold chain
A +2…+5°C operating range (+3…+4°C target) is held at every link — from cutting and intake through the cold room, transport and hand-off to the carrier. No breaks; a temperature logger travels in every box.

Harvest & intake
Cut at peak quality in the Đà Lạt highlands (~1,500 m) and taken into processing the same day.
- 02
Quality control
Culling, grading into A1/A2 and opening stage, screening for disease and defects.
- 03
Stem preparation
A clean 45° cut and 4–6 cm of lower foliage removed — the stem is ready for hydration.
- 04
Hydration & STS
Hydration; lilies get a mandatory STS (anti-ethylene) treatment that adds 7–10 days of vase life.
- 05
Cooling
Held in the cold room at +2…+5°C to stabilise before packing.
- 06
Pro-Box packing
Branded, insulated Pro-Box, buds protected with a paper cone, tight bud-to-bud air-freight packing.
- 07
Export in 48 hours
From cut to carrier hand-off in 48 hours; a logger in the box, air freight out.
